The Personal Settings Menu provides access to your personal settings, preferences, and places in the wiki – use these to personalize how you interact with the wiki, represent yourself, and organize the information that's most important to you, personally. Most of these will be familiar to Atlassian Confluence users, but Zen Foundation adds a display preference feature. Here's a detailed review of these features:

Update status...
The Update status item opens a simple wizard for updating your status. The status message you enter here will be displayed in a Twitter-like field on your personal profile.
My Space
This is a quick link to your personal space. If you don't have one, the link will read "Create personal space", and will create one for you.
My Profile
Takes you to your personal profile, where you can manage your password and other personal settings (depending on how your server is integrated with your organization's user management system).
Recently Viewed
Like your browser history, this is a list of the wiki content you have most recently viewed.
Screen Size
A Zen Foundation display preference, this will cause all wiki pages to be drawn in your preferred size. This setting is persistent until you change it. This is useful if, for example, you use a large monitor in your office, but a smaller notebook computer when you travel. Experiment with each setting to see which works best for your computer.
Example
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit.
Aliquam fermentum vestibulum est. Sed quis tortor.
