Zen Brand Package

The fastest path to a turn-key, fully branded wiki. Go for seamless branding with your current online properties, or create something new. Includes the first year's Zen Brand Maintenance package (see below).

Starting with your existing logo, color palette, and stock art or image gallery (from your organization's corporate identity or branding standards guide), Stepstone will do the rest.

First, you'll receive a Design Brief, which includes:

• web and wiki design approach
• typography choices
• image selections
• creative brief connecting the design with your identity goals
• up to three revision cycles

Then, Stepstone will transform your Design Brief into an uploadable Zen Brand, incorporating (as appropriate):

• your logo
• color palette
• backgrounds and gradients
• watermark images
• custom Zen icon package
• fully prepared images and wiki markup for your landing page and a typical second-level page
• up to three revision cycles

Cost: $10,500

Zen Brand Annual Maintenance

For ongoing brand maintenance, Stepstone will ensure your custom Zen Brand stays compatible with new versions of Zen Foundation released during the twelve-month maintenance period. Upgrades will be done on request, up to two per year. Turn-around time is approximately 2 – 4 weeks.

Identity Package

If you need a corporate identity package, or want to update your existing one, Stepstone's best creative minds will translate your ideas and goals into distinctive and original visual designs, and all inclusive identity materials and branding specifications. This service, coupled with a Zen Brand, will deliver a ground-up dynamic web presence based on Confluence, for a fraction of the cost of a static website. Click here for details.

Artwork and Image Gallery

Some Identity Packages work best with supporting artwork and/or photographic images to create a highly designed site. If you need help assembling your Artwork and Image Gallery, Stepstone's design team can select the right combination to strengthen your brand.  Click here for details.

The Brand Development Process

With your guidance, our design team with complete the following checklist to create your Zen Brand. The full process typically takes 10 weeks from start to finish. A couple of notes:

• Each review cycle is open for one week.
• All deliverables will be deployed to, and available on your private demonstration portal.
• Work-in-progress brand and demo content will be available for installation on your servers after Review 2.
• This package does not include content creation or installation or configuration of the software or Zen Brand Package deliverables on your server. Additional assistance is available with Service Punchcards.

Ongoing Help

After completing your Brand Package, there are many ways to get ongoing help:

1. Zen Brand Maintenance. When you upgrade Confluence and/or Zen, we will upgrade your brand (see above). Like your Confluence and Zen licenses, Zen Brand Maintenance is renewable each year.
2. Normal Zen support. Your Zen license includes the first year maintenance, which provides for assistance with using Zen's features and upgrades. The fastest way to get help via this channel is to send email to  support@stepstonetech.com.
3. Online Zen Documentation.
4. Atlassian Answers community:
   • Browse Zen Foundation topics on Atlassian Answers
   • Ask a Zen Foundation question on Atlassian Answers
5. Custom Help. Get additional assistance through our Service Punchcards.

Zen Brand Fast Track

If you have website mockups ready to go and a graphic designer on staff, but not the time to build your Zen Brand from the ground up, this is for you. Our Fast-Track package will quickly translate your mockups and supporting graphics into a Zen Brand, with training for your designer for final tweaking and on-going maintenance.

Your graphic designer will provide:

• site mockups
• your logo
• color palette
• supporting graphics
• typography choices

Then we'll:

• make suggestions (if needed) to align your design with Confluence and Zen capabilities
• provide estimates for custom functionality desired (if any)
• build your brand
• create content for your landing page, a typical second-level page, including menu, header, and footer

Process includes:

• two revision cycles
• two-hour review and training of the brand with your graphic designer

Cost: $5,000

Zen Brand Annual Maintenance Not Included

While final adjustments to the brand and ongoing maintenance will be your responsibility, our team will provide support through our regular channels. (See below for more details.)
