Zen Foundation 5.1 adds compatibility for Confluence 4.2. Use Zen 5.1 if you're using Confluence 4.x.

Important Information For Zen 3.2 Users:

Zen 3.2 users must upgrade to Zen 4.0 prior to installing Zen 5.0!
