The Site Master Space contains specially named pages that provide default layout, menus, and certain content for all Zen spaces (individual spaces can override this later). Setting up a Site Master Space is recommended for all installations.

  1. On the Admin Console > Zen Foundation > Site Settings screen, click the Edit button.
  2. In the Site Master Space pulldown, choose the space you will use for the site master.
    • The Site Master Space provides the master page layouts, menu, header, and footer content.
    • If you selected a landing space for a Zen site, that is usually the best option.
  3. In the Default Click Target For Logo pulldown, choose the space you want to go (by default) when a user clicks the logo.
    • Leaving this to the Site Homepage is usually the best option.
  4. Click Save, and you will see a list of links for the special pages in the selected space.
    • For pages that don't exist yet, the links will create the corresponding page.
    • For pages that do exist, the link will take you to that page where you can edit it and set permissions.
